The Melbourne Art Festival continues to provide this top-notch event free of charge through the help of investors and sponsors in our community. We are a 100% volunteer organization, and our volunteers are many of the same people who work and live in our community, who helped create the Festival years ago, and who continue to dedicate their time and talents to this special event.
Our advertising campaign includes print, radio, and TV covering a large area of Central Florida. The Melbourne Art Festival continues to offer a family-friendly event providing investors with branding opportunities, product demonstration, and exposure that increases sales and develops an enhanced corporate image.
The artwork selected for use on our promotional poster, tee-shirts, and printed advertising changes every year. Our poster, directory and our T-shirt designs have won numerous awards from the Florida Festivals and Events Association. In 2005, the 5K Flamingo Run won Best Promotional Poster in the state of Florida. In 2003, our promotional poster, which includes the logos of our top sponsors, won Best Promotional Poster.
For many years this Festival has been rated by Sunshine Artists (the nation's leading publication for art and craft show exhibitors, promotors and patrons) as one of the top 70 shows in the nation, most recently rated as the 32nd best in the country.
