The Festival is proudly run 100% by community volunteers. The year-round Committee plans and organizes the Festival. The weekend of the show, hundreds of volunteers staff Festival activities. You can read more about the Committee here.

During the weekend of the 2010 Festival, 631 volunteers worked a combined 3157 hours!

Thanks to the many students from Bayside High School, Brevard Community College, Central Junior High School, Eau Gallie High School, Florida Institute of Technology, Heritage High School, Kieser University, Melbourne Central Catholic High School, Melbourne High School, Merritt Island High School, Palm Bay High School, Vero Beach High School, Viera High School, and West Shore High School for volunteering.

To be a Weekend Volunteer, please commit to at least three hours and fill out the form below. You will be contacted by a Committee member with further information. You can also download a printed sign-up form (PDF) but we prefer you use the online form.

The weekend of the Festival, please report to the Volunteers Tent when you arrive; it's located at the corner of New Haven and Melbourne Court, just west of the railroad tracks.
